A friend and I recently embarked on this day trip and we could both highly recommend it!!! We had an amazing day and the best experience. We had a guide called Cam who was absolutely amazing, he gave some great information about the places we went and he just made a really great effort to make our day the best! And of course the rest of the team were also amazing 🤩 oh and the food was way above my expectations which sits very highly for me as I love food 😂

We cruised during the wet season- so the weather was torrential and not the fault of the cruise. However, because of this, the island, lookout, boat experience and snorkeling was impacted- and so i would definitely recommend not going in the wet season. Alas.... the staff were very friendly and accommodating. COVID19 restrictions did impact service and meant that customers were overly reliant on the staff- for food, drinks etc. I also note that i asked for 'more' prawns and went for seconds- and the server was quite hesitant to give me more- even though at the end of the meal, they threw away at least 1.5kilo of prawn. Also, the same staff member was quite strict when serving me wine, but by the end of the cruise, bottles were being passed around willy- nilly. Back on the sites- whitehaven is beautiful (lookout, beach etc), but save it and go in the dry season.

Everything about this cruise was excellent -from the ease of booking, the wonderful cruise itself from Port of Airlie to Whitehaven Beach, amazing staff and the incredible beauty of Whitehaven Beach. The cruise vessel was lovely - clean, plenty of seats in the shade, the morning and afternoon teas were great -lots of fruits. Lunch was huge and very yummy-freshly cooked burgers, salads, chicken and prawns on the beach with plenty of water and soft drinks available. Plenty of shade shelters available, stingers suits plus ample opportunity to have a go on the stand up paddle boards. Being on the beach for many hours was a bonus - time to swim, relax, paddle board, walk and explore and just sit and watch the other boats, helicopters and sea planes. A highlight was our guided walk up to the lookout with the absolutely jaw droppingly beautiful views over Hill Inlet. Everyone should do this easy walk!! We have been to Whitehaven Beach before but this was the first time we did the walk to the Lookout -SO glad we did it!! All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the day but I have to say the lady (blonde hair) who was our guide on the Lookout walk was exceptional! She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as well as being friendly and very adaptable to our group. Just wish I remembered her name. All in all this is an amazing day cruise that I cannot recommend highly enough.

Firstly, the crew was amazing. They were also checking if we wanted any drinks, they were hilarious and very nice! I loved the camira’s colour (purple)! It was just an all around fantastic day! We went snorkelling (which I didn’t know we were doing for the day!) the crew showed us what to do for the snorkelling. Then we were off to Whitehaven beach and the hill inlet lookout. The lookout was a fair hike upwards but was so worth it in the end! Then we headed down to Whitehaven beach and it was just beautiful! I loved cruising on the camira! It was so relaxing! Would highly recommend doing!! Cheers again to the crew, they made the day with their commentary, jokes and attitude! :) :)

I did the full day tour of Whitehaven beach, hill inlet and snorkelling on March 2020.It was a gorgeous day.,The trip to Whitehaven beach was smooth. The were taken to hill inlet in a small boat. The hike was easy. The view was not what I had seen on pics. Its pretty ,but coz of high tide, there was no swirling colours. Not sure if its possible, but it would be nice if the tour to Hill inlet would coincide with low tides.Nevertheless, the view was very pretty. We then went back to Whitehaven beach and did some swimming. We have burgers for lunch which was very delicious. We then went for Snorkelling nearby.I was not expecting much, but I was pretty impressed by the quality of snorkelling. The reefs was pretty and saw a lot of fish.We went back to the beach and did more swimming.Whitehaven beach is very pretty.Blue warm crystal clean water and fine sands.Loved it.Overall,it was a great trip.Only wished, the tour to the Hill Inlet was at lower tide.

Booked the tour in good faith and it turned out to be a rainy and windy day. With waves up to 15-20 knots you could well and truly feel the motion of the ocean. AThere was a bit of concern for a few people however we arrived safely. Whotehaven Beach was still beautiful , we took shelter from the rain at the eating area.where, later, we also consumed some rather delicious burgers.(vegetarians were also catered for). After a wholesome lunch it was time to explore the area on a 2km uphill walk to a lookout lead by a knowledgeable guide. Also strolled along Whitehaven Beach taking in the beautiful scenery and ocean views. On the way back we were served afternoon tea and the wind also died down. Highly recommended.

Yesterday my husband and I did the full day tour leaving from Hamilton Island to Whitehaven Beach and Hill Inlet. It was incredible! The staff were super friendly, super knowledgeable and happy to help! You got morning tea on the way out. When we arrived we took a short boat trip to the Hill Inlet which was stunning! We walked out into the water and saw Lemon Sharks and Stingrays! And the sand, just so soft and white!!! We also took a very small climb up to a few lookout points. From there you could see the inlet and beyond, it was gorgeous. All the different colours and sandy patches. We came back down, caught the boat back and had some time to chill before an awesome BBQ lunch at the beach. There was Goanna’s in the shelter area, cruising around minding their own business, so cool. In the arvo we went snorkelling, the coral was stunning, so many different colours and types, and so many different fish to see. After that we came back and had an hour or so on the beach to relax and enjoy. And then we had arvo tea on the way back. It really was a ripper day! And what made it all so much better was how much the staff knew about the are and how much they loved their job. They made the day extra fun and we can’t recommend this day tour enough. They loved taking photos for people and having a chat! Go Australia!
